Suz
Lore thought she had everything she wanted, a job as an engineer and a position
on a colony ship headed to another planet. That was before her arranged ménage
marriage with Robert Smith and David Bradford turned into a disaster. She’d
thought they were building more than a sizzling sexual relationship, but all
they do is argue now. She isn't surprised when they're sequestered in a room in
order to reignite the passion between them and learn to trust again. Robert believes
she betrayed him while David is stuck in the middle of their conflict. Getting
Robert to talk about what made him angry is difficult, but they discover
there's far more behind their problems than a message with misleading
information. A virus has overtaken the ship's computers, put them on a
different heading and cut them off from all communication. They must work
together to find a way to survive and rebuild their relationship.

Name: Susanne (Suz) Lore

Age: 28
Profession: Engineering
Do you have any special skills or
training? I was
trained in agriculture and botany. I have a specialty in edible plants, but I
was also trained to help in medical procedures because on the colony we all
have to be able to help out.
How would you describe yourself? I’d say that I’m nice, caring, and
even tempered; although, the last few days with Robert have me feeling like
screaming in rage.
Who is your significant other(s)? Robert Smith and David Bradford are
my husbands. Our marriage was arranged after psychological tests matched us.
How would they describe you? Robert would probably say that I’m a
liar or cheat right about now. David understands the situation, but he might
say I was too timid.
Tell us about your family. My parents died when I was younger.
The only family I’ve known since then were my uncle and his family. My uncle is
a fairly powerful general, but don’t think that that got me this position.
What do you think was left unsettled
in your story? The
future and how we’ll get into contact with Earth again.
If you could change anything about
your story what would it be? I wish I’d told Robert everything upfront. It wouldn’t have
stopped most of what happened. I know that. We wouldn’t have fought as much
though.
